Will there be screening upon arrival? Does the crew and passengers have to self quarantine for 14 days or less before traversing the islands?

I have a vacation scheduled for May 24 through May 30th. Will I have to reschedule? I paid a deposit and if leisure travelers aren’t permitted, it seems unfair that I’d have to eat the cost of both plane tickets and half the cost of a rental I can’t even reach.
